All In - Reconciliation Allyship Yarning Cards

All In - Reconciliation Allyship Yarning Cards
There comes a point where reflection isn’t enough. Where insight doesn’t shift behaviour. Where knowing more doesn’t change how you show up. ALL IN was created for that moment.
This card set is a practice of becoming, as an ally, as an educator, as someone committed to doing better in real and tangible ways. It supports you to move from awareness into action, and from intention into behaviour.
Grounded in relational accountability and cultural humility, ALL IN offers more than reflection. Each card provides clear, grounded guidance to help you recognise your patterns, take responsibility, and walk differently in your everyday interactions. This is not about getting it right. It’s about staying in the work.
To go all in is to stop standing at the edge of your own growth and choose, moment by moment, to become through what you do.
For educators and school teams
ALL IN is designed to be used collectively as well as individually, making it a powerful tool for teachers and school staff working to embed culturally responsive and inclusive practices.
Use the cards:
In staff meetings as short, focused provocations that open meaningful dialogue
In professional learning sessions to move beyond theory into practical reflection and accountability
As weekly prompts for team check-ins, supporting ongoing growth rather than one-off conversations
In leadership spaces to model vulnerability, responsibility, and active allyship
As a grounding tool before engaging with community, students, or difficult conversations
Rather than adding more content to an already full workload, ALL IN helps shift how educators show up within the work they are already doing - with students, with families, and with each other.
Because meaningful change in schools doesn’t come from knowing more. It comes from doing differently, together, over time.
