Mindfulness Activity Cards

$36.95

Support well-being with this set of 20 mindfulness activities inspired by First Nations values, teachings, and deep connection to Country. These activities encourage calm focus, emotional regulation, and respect for self, others, and the environment.

Exploring six pillars of wellbeing - Emotional Literacy, Personal Strengths, Seeking Help, Positive Coping, Stress Management, and Problem Solving - each double-sided Card invites students to slow down, reflect, and connect through First Nations ways of knowing and being. Grounded in respect for Country, community, and self, the activities encourage students to build awareness, gratitude, and balance in their daily lives.

Each card offers a simple, guided practice inspired by First Nations perspectives, such as listening deeply, observing nature, honouring relationships, and reflecting on personal and collective well-being. The activities support emotional regulation, focus, and empathy, while helping students understand the importance of connection to Country, ancestors, and community.

Designed for use in classrooms, small groups, or individual reflection, these cards create meaningful moments of calm and learning. They support students in developing mindfulness skills while fostering respect for First Nations cultures, knowledge systems, and holistic views of well-being.
