At Riley Callie Resources, we support early childhood services to move beyond intention and into meaningful, authentic practice when embedding Aboriginal perspectives.

If you’ve been wondering “Are we doing this well?” or “Where do we start or go next?” — this is for you.

You’ll spend 1 hour with our First Nations facilitator exploring how your service is currently embedding Aboriginal perspectives, then provide you with a personalised feedback report full of practical, achievable actions.

Our Cultural Audit and Action offering is designed to provide practical, personalised guidance tailored to your unique service.

This includes a 1-hour initial consultation where we connect with you to explore your current practices, environment, and approach to embedding Aboriginal perspectives. We take the time to understand what you’re already doing, where your strengths lie, and where opportunities exist for deeper, more meaningful inclusion.

Following this session, we compile a detailed feedback report (provided as a pdf) outlining:

  • Strengths and current practices

  • Opportunities for growth

  • Clear, actionable recommendations you can confidently implement

This feedback report is followed by a 30 minute debrief to unpack the report.

To support you in taking the next steps, you will also receive a curated First Nations educational resource pack. Each pack is thoughtfully selected based on your service’s needs, ensuring resources are relevant, practical, and aligned with your learning environment.

This offering is about building confidence, strengthening practice, and supporting services to embed Aboriginal perspectives in ways that are respectful, genuine, and sustainable. It’s about meeting you where you are on your journey, and providing you with a kick-start, or reflection tools you need.
